Progress One Learning Solutions was established in 2022 by shareholders of Modena Design Centres Durban (PTY) Ltd, a leader in Autodesk design solutions, software, training, and support. With over 22 years of experience delivering industry-leading software and training interventions across the Manufacturing, Engineering, and Construction sectors, Modena has been at the forefront of technological advancement. However, throughout this journey, we recognised a critical challenge facing South Africa—the growing skills shortage and the diminishing availability of highly skilled local professionals.

As skilled professionals left the country, businesses were impacted by the scarcity of talent. In response, the stakeholders of Modena Design Centres saw an urgent need for specialised learning solutions and HR consulting services to address these challenges, leading to the founding of Progress One Learning Solutions.
